Needless to say, a visit to Ethel M. Chocolates merits no explanation. This unique chocolate factory was established in 1980 by Forrest E. Mars, who named the company after his mother. It represents, as the company proudly proclaims, a proud heritage of chocolate-making with no preservatives and only fresh flavors and texture. While there, you can also visit the beautiful Botanical Cactus Garden, adjacent to the factory, and home to one of the largest cacti collections in Nevada.
