Sure, you say you go to Red Lobster for shrimp, crab, and its namesake crustacean. But we know what you and the kids really love — the unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Cheesy, buttery, and apparently made with magic, they’re the reason bread basket refills exist. Now, thanks to CopyKat.com's Dining Out at Home Cookbook (Ulysses, 2010), you can re-create these heavenly rolls at home, with just a few easily attainable ingredients. Serve them with your own freshly made seafood, or just set a plate of them in the middle of your table and watch your grandkids swim over.

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cup finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Mix together the Bisquick, cold water, and cheese. Drop the biscuits onto a baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick baking spray. Mix together the melted butter, parsley flakes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and brush it on the biscuits. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
