Not at all. There is no cost to create an account or subscribe to the newsletter — plus, everything on Grandparents.com, including our articles, city guides, and downloads is absolutely free!

How do I unsubscribe from the Grandparents.com newsletter?

To cancel your free Grandparents.com newsletter subscription, click any of the "Unsubscribe" links at the top or bottom of every newsletter. You can also modify your newsletter preferences click here.

How can I change my username?

Send an e-mail to memberservices@grandparents.com with the following information:

• Your current user-name
• The new username you want
• The e-mail address associated with your Grandparents.com account

You will be notified via e-mail once your new user-name is active.

When I try to log in, I get a message that says my password is incorrect. Why does this happen?

Try typing in the password again — it's possible that a letter or number was entered incorrectly. If you have forgotten your password and/or you would like a new one assigned to you, click here.

When I try to retrieve my password, I get a message that says that my e-mail address does not match any accounts at Grandparents.com. Why does this happen?

Try typing in a different e-mail address — it's possible that you entered a different email address than the one you signed up with.

That didn't work. What now?

It's possible that you are a Grandparents.com newsletter subscriber-only, and have not yet created a full Grandparents.com account. To create an account, click "Register" at the top of any page on Grandparents.com.
