These days, the ubiquitous steam engine Thomas seems to have replaced the little engine that could in the minds of children, but Lionel model trains, predating both by virtue of a 1900 birth year, are something else entirely. Any grandchild who loves trains will be spellbound in the Lionel Trains Visitor’s Center, where after viewing a short video history of the company's trains and watching ten trains operate without collision on a 14x40 foot table, everybody gets a chance to play conductor.
