All aboard. Take your grandchildren on this beautiful scenic ride from Woodland to West Sacramento. While the train was founded in 2005, the tracks have rich historic value. The Northern Electric Company constructed the tracks in 1911 as a way to link the farmlands of the Yolo County to Sacramento. A ride on the train, which is equipped with dining cars and live music on weekends, is an entertaining outing for you and your grandchildren.
