What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

I have a 9 yr old granddaughter, a 3 yr old granddaughter, and twin girls due March 16 but will most likely be born in February.

I may be quitting my job to help my daughter out by watching my grandchildren. Has other grandparents watched twin babies? If so, do you have any advice for me?
