What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

I love watching kids learn. When I had the responsibility of a parent I couldn't relax and observe the process like I can now. I've learned a lot about appreciating the moment.

I have seven kids who are all married and live all over the country. I have 18 grandkids, including two sets of twins, and the oldest is almost ten. They call me Oma. I love to travel, read, write and organize. I create what I call Oma Kits for my long-distance grandkids, and I write Oma books telling my life history in story book form.
