What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

Grandchildren are a special gift. They are such a joy and want to be with them as much as you can. They do not gossip and generally enjoy being with you.

Our grandchildren range from age 2 to 9 years and we have six. However, we only see them 4 times a year. They live in AZ (Scottsdale, Anthem and Peoria), for which we are glad that they all live in AZ, but wish we could see them more. My husband and I plan to retire in two years and move to AZ. We currently live in Lincoln, NE.

We are very lucky as our married children keep in touch with us through telephone and photos.

I would like ideas on how to keep in touch with our grandchildren and their activities.
