How To Play Two Truths and One Lie

Guess which of the three statements is the lie

Players take turns stating two facts and one lie about themselves. Opposing players must weed out the honest statements from the fraudulent one. Players can keep points based on how many times they successfully dupe the opposing players into believing the lie about themselves.

Persuade other players to believe lies — in effect, hone your skills as a lawyer.

Make it tricky for the competition: Word the lie so it contains a truthful element. Or play a celebrity version, where you intersperse two truths and a lie about your favorite movie or pop star and find out how much there is to learn about famous people.
