these are great! We're always telling folks in the studio ways they can move more/better to increase physical activity.
But can I point out...your ideas are all followed by ways to 'work off' indulgences.
This gives folks reason to eat more or not think about that hot fudge sundae. (yum, btw)
Give thought to inserting these helpful movements without the goodies or badies, as in the case of fries.
Those bad choices feed into those obesity stats you share.
Let chores count for pure physical activity not to burn off bad decisions.
