Good example of sharing half-truths and half-science to scare the bejebeez out of someone in order to increase book sales and brand awareness. Wood pulp? I have never read of anyone getting sick from consuming wood pulp. Too much sugar in mayonnaise? Canola oil bad for you? Smh

I found this article interesting and helpful. My pet peeve is peanut butter. I have never understood the need for any ingredient but peanuts. Some salt if you must but not any palm oils, soybean oils, etc. and especially no sugar.
