Why is it so hard for people to understand. If you want good food you got to grow a garden. If you want good meat grow chickens and turkeys. Of course if you live near the ocean you can eat fresh oysters, crabs, mannows and fish. Your body can't digest all that salt, sugar and the crap they put in food. Processed foods are loaded with salt and nobody pays attention to how much salt they eat.

A typical breakfast of bacon and eggs, then lunch is cheeseburgers and fries and supper is processed fish sticks and macatonie and cheese and you have just eaten a pile of junk and fast food at McDonald's and what do kids eat, but that nasty junk and the mothers are so happy to see their kids eating their happy meal.

Grow rabbits, chicken, turkeys and eat them. Do not buy the junk in the store. The meat in the store is usually injected with salt and water and who knows what else. You want to know why you are sick, fat and stink because you're eaitng junk. Why would you want to eat junk?

"There isn't much difference between organic and conventional foods, if you're an adult and making a decision based solely on your health," said Dena Bravata, senior author of the paper and a physician at Stanford's Center for Health Policy. See the study which appeared in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine.

wow we are seniors, we don't need to be scared off some food. i love ice cream, but in moderation. we already have problems with eating and digesting stuff. I have cut way back on my eating habits.
You don't have to scare us with all of this stuff, and when has organic taken the place of all our good foods. ie: grain fed chicken compare with corn fed chicken... we have to ask now what our chickens eat? Good grief!

I dont agree that organic foods are more nutritious or safer than other foods. One should
be a ware however as to where your food comes from and stay away from overly processed food.
