1500MEE - we used baking soda and a teaspoon of vinegar in a short glass of water. Not as good as Nexium, but then there was no Nexium at the time!

So glad to see this , at my age I thought I was smart , taking advise from people who have been using home remedies forever. , they must not like me , cause all their advice was on the " worse " advice ...except the Apple Cider Vinegar... Darnnnn

for stomach ache, indigestion, my family has always turned to bay leaf tea....take a couple of dry bay leaves, boil them in a cup of water for about five minutes, discard the leaves and drink the tea....totally relaxes your digestive system and gets rid of gas
