Unfortunately, this repeats the old belief of fat being bad for you. I'm not saying overdo it. I'm saying that non-fat is usually NON-SATISFYING for lots of us. A tablespoon of cream cheese is only 50 calories. A tablespoon of peanut butter is 100. Both have fat AND protein in them and 1 tablespoon of each can be used between meals as a way of soothing hunger pains. This is a dieter's trick -- and probably a lot more satisfying than a piece of lettuce.

Everything can be eaten. I've gone back to eating as intended. Thing about a small child who isn't picky. They eat what they WANT when HUNGRY and stop before completely full. What happens is the world is set up for breakfast lunch and dinner. Why!! What if I'm not hungry then? Eat anyway? No, that's what makes us fat. Eat what I want in portions that satisfy not stuff. Watch a naturally thin person. Viola. If lists and diets worked there would be no obesity.

If you've read up on nutrition at all these are very familiar villains. Seems like people would know about them but it's amazing how many times I see someone eat a bagel with cream cheese because "cream cheese has less fat than butter." Even though they use a tablespoon of cream cheese! Good article and helpful. Thanks.

So if someone is overweight this is their menu? That makes no sense. There are many foods people can be overweight eating too much of and there are slim people eating these foods you have listed as well. It's funny you don't have any meat listed here lol. This article is a joke.
